This course provides an overview of conversation design best-practices, as well as related Botpress features. Topics include using "happy paths" to direct conversations and adapting your bot to react to unexpected user queries.
You want to enable your chatbot to respond to a larger variety of conversation use cases without sacrificing the key interactions that should be consistent across every conversation. You’ll use the knowledge gained in this course to establish more efficient logic flows for your chatbot, preparing it to maintain efficacy regardless of the user query.
This course presumes an existing intermediate understanding of the Botpress studio. If you're new to our software, we recommend you take our course "Introduction to the Botpress Studio" before proceeding with this one.
